Please review our booking, cancellation, and late policies before your visit. They help us give every client the time and care they deserve.
Booking & Card on File
To reserve your appointment, we ask for a card to hold your spot. You are not charged at the time of booking. The card is held per the cancellation and late policies below, a courtesy to the studio and to other clients. By booking, you agree to these policies.
Cancellation Policy
At Khlāi Medical, we value your time and appreciate your trust. We understand that plans can change and emergencies happen, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible.
Modifications and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to your appointment without penalty. After the 48-hour deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the client is subject to a $100 fee that will not be credited toward future treatments.
Late cancellation or no-show to a consultation forfeits 100% of the deposit.
Late Policy
To give each client the individualized treatment and attention they deserve, we allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving 15 minutes late is considered a no-show; the deposit is forfeited and will not be credited toward future treatments.
