If you choose to apply for a payment plan, financing is provided by Cherry. Applications are completed on Cherry’s secure platform and are subject to Cherry’s privacy policy. We never collect or store your financial or credit information on this website.
Your Health Information
Protected health information related to your treatment is maintained in our medical records system and handled in accordance with applicable health-privacy laws, including HIPAA. This website is not used to store medical records.
