A series of six. Then maintenance.
Who should consider it.
- Early to moderate thinning, follicles still active
- Stabilized shedding (no longer in active loss)
- A healthy, intact scalp with no irritation
- Androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern)
- Telogen effluvium and post-illness or post-partum shedding
- Perimenopause and menopause-related thinning
- Pregnancy, nursing, or trying to conceive
- Active scalp infection, psoriasis, eczema, or sunburn
- History of scalp skin cancer
- Fully bald areas (follicles are inactive)
- Active dermatologic conditions (alopecia areata, frontal fibrosing alopecia, scarring alopecia) without prior dermatology clearance
A patch test is required for clients with curcumin or salmon-derived ingredient sensitivities. Early intervention typically supports the best outcomes.
Three steps. One session.
A non-ablative laser opens dry microchannels across the scalp. A biomimetic serum is pressed in. A red-light step activates the signal at the follicle. Less than thirty minutes, start to finish.
Microchannels
A 1927nm non-ablative fractional laser opens precise dry channels across the scalp. Less than thirty minutes, no needles, no downtime.
KeraFactor In
A biomimetic serum is pressed in: seven peptides, two skin proteins, and five growth factors, all encapsulated in nanoliposomes smaller than two hundred nanometers, sized to travel down the follicular duct.
Red Light Activation
A 630 to 690 nanometer light step activates the curcuminoid payload and amplifies the serum's biological signal at the dermal papilla.
The biomimetic complex.
Seven peptides. Two skin proteins. Five growth factors. Engineered to mimic the body’s own follicle signaling.
Each active is encapsulated in nanoliposomes smaller than two hundred nanometers, sized to travel down the follicular duct after the laser opens the channel.
- Follistatinreleases the natural brakes on the hair cycle
- VEGFrebuilds the capillary network around the follicle
- bFGF and aFGFproliferates the dermal papilla, the follicle's command center
- EGFsupports keratinocyte proliferation for shaft formation
- hGHdrives local IGF-1 for anagen maintenance
- Thymosin Beta-4supports stem-cell migration from bulge to bulb
- VIPvasodilation and follicular immune protection
- PDRN (salmon DNA fragments)anti-inflammatory; the same molecule family as our Rejuran protocol
- Copper Tripeptide (GHK-Cu)supports the appearance of scalp health
- Curcuminoid nanofluorosomesphoto-activated by the red-light step
In a peer-reviewed study of ten subjects, every participant showed statistically significant improvements in hair density and shaft thickness at both three and six months. The mean increase was twenty-six percent in density and nineteen percent in shaft diameter.
Real clients. Real outcomes.
Outcomes below are from the KeraFactor clinical case record across partner clinics. Khlāi will share our own client results as the launch series builds. Density and the appearance of fullness develop gradually across the six sessions. Individual results vary.

KeraLase + Rejuran or PRF.
Layered signals.
The follicle responds to layered signals. KeraLase opens the channels and delivers KeraFactor. Rejuran’s PDRN biologic or your own PRF can be added on as a deeper regenerative layer for clients with more advanced thinning.
Ask about combination protocols during your consult.
Before and after.
- Arrive with freshly washed, dry hair and no product
- Avoid coloring your hair within 48 hours of your appointment
- Hydrate well the day before and the day of treatment
- Plan time to leave the serum in overnight after the session
- Leave the serum in overnight, wash hair the following day
- Avoid scalp moisture or sweat for 24 hours after treatment
- Delay hair coloring or chemical treatments for 48 hours
- Minimize direct scalp sun exposure for one week. Especially important in Hawai'i.
- A take-home Scalp Stimulating Solution supports results between visits
The series, and a single session.
A series of six, four to six weeks apart, is the protocol. The package is priced under the math of six single sessions.
What clients ask us.
Is there any downtime?
Almost none. The session is under thirty minutes and most clients return to their day immediately. Mild scalp warmth or pink tone for an hour or two is normal.
When will I see results?
Subtle improvements in scalp feel and shed control often show within the first month. Density and appearance of thickness build gradually, with the most visible change between three and six months as the follicle responds.
How many sessions will I need?
Six sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart. After the initial series, one maintenance session every six to twelve months supports continued results.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe the laser as a warm, slightly prickling sensation. No needles, no numbing required. The serum and red-light steps are completely comfortable.
Is KeraLase right for advanced hair loss?
KeraLase performs best when the follicles are still active. Fully bald areas typically do not respond. We will tell you directly at your consult whether KeraLase is the right protocol for your stage.
Can KeraLase be combined with PRF or Rejuran?
Yes. PRF injected into the scalp adds your own growth factors. Rejuran adds a regenerative PDRN signal. Both can be layered into a KeraLase series for clients who want a more comprehensive approach.
Are there any contraindications?
Pregnancy, nursing, active scalp infection, psoriasis or eczema flares, sunburn, and a history of scalp skin cancer are reasons to wait or to refer out. We confirm at consultation.
What about between visits?
Daily use of the take-home Scalp Stimulating Solution is recommended to maintain the biological signal between in-office sessions.
